How the Lab Works

Four rules the house builds by.

01

Build it to sail its own seas

Every project here is hosted, hardened and monitored by the same lab that built it — through its own tunnels, on its own hardware, verified from the public side.

02

Polish is a feature

Animation budgets, contrast ratios, keyboard paths and 400px crop checks are not chores; they are the difference between a demo and a product.

03

One database of truth

Staging that lies is worse than no staging. One instance owns the data; everything else defers or dies.

04

Write it where the next engineer reads it

READMEs, skills, tests and incident logs. If a 2 a.m. cutover needs tribal knowledge, the doc failed first.

“If it's on murrowlab.com, it is running, monitored, and backed by a rollback plan. That bar is the brand.”
